This page sets out the rules that govern use of SlotoTop. It explains our relationship with users, the basic responsibilities you accept when registering, and how we manage accounts, payments, promotions and disputes. Please read these terms carefully before using the site; by creating an account or placing bets you agree to follow the rules described here.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Only one account per person, household, IP address and device is permitted. We may suspend, restrict or close accounts found to be shared, duplicated or used for fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or chargebacks.
Eligibility requirements
To register you must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction. If local law sets a higher minimum age, you must meet that requirement. You must provide accurate personal details and update them if they change. We reserve the right to refuse registration where local rules or our internal policies prohibit service.
Acceptable platform use
Use of the platform must be lawful and fair. Prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to collusion, exploitation of software errors, use of wagering strategies intended to avoid risk, multiple-accounting, money laundering, and any activity that harms other users or the integrity of our services. We may limit, suspend or close accounts and confiscate funds where misuse is detected.
General bonus and promotion rules
Promotions are governed by their specific terms. Bonus funds and free-spin winnings are subject to wagering and contribution rules, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods as stated in each promotion. Only one active bonus may apply unless an offer explicitly allows stacking. Failure to comply with promotion terms may result in bonus reversal and account action.
Deposits and withdrawals
Payments must be made from an account in your name. We accept a range of payment methods for deposits and withdrawals; processing times and any third-party fees depend on the chosen method. Withdrawals are subject to verification checks and may be delayed pending completion of KYC - for example, government ID, proof of address and payment method verification. We may apply limits to withdrawals and require additional checks for large or suspicious transactions.
Verification and limits
Verification is required before certain withdrawals and at our discretion. You may set personal deposit or session limits via account settings. Requests to increase limits may be subject to a cooling-off period.

Updates to terms and conditions
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the site and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use of SlotoTop after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept a change, you should stop using the service and close your account.
